  • 15% of RDI (Daily Reference Intake) in vitamin B12 (0.38µg), which helps reduce fatigue and supports normal functioning of the immune system

FIT breakfast tip:

  • 1 hot chocolate protein drink
  • 1 slice wholemeal or cereal bread with a knob of real butter
  • 30g cheese and/or 1 egg and/or 1 slice of ham, a few almonds/nuts/hazelnuts
  • 1 coffee/tea/infusion (sugar-free or sweetened)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

  • Pour the contents of 2 level pods, i.e. 23.5 g of preparation, into a bowl or shaker filled with 180 to 200 ml of cold water. The amount of water can be adjusted to suit your needs.
  • Mix with a whisk or shaker.
  • Leave to stand for a few seconds before serving, either cold or hot (gentle heating in a saucepan or microwave for 30 seconds after removing the lid from your shaker).

OUR GOURMET TIP: make it even more gourmet by replacing some of the water with skimmed or semi-skimmed milk, and sprinkle with bitter cocoa and/or ground cinnamon.

INGREDIENTS: milk protein (Swiss origin), low-fat cocoa (19%) (non-EU origin), flavourings (including caffeine), salt, thickeners: guar gum and xanthan gum, sweeteners: acesulfame potassium and sucralose, color: caramel, anti-caking agent: magnesium carbonate, vitamins (C, B3, E, B5, B6, B2, B1, A, B9, B12, B8).

May contain traces of soy, egg, gluten.
