Right to rectify data

6. Response times

Nuviline undertakes to reply to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other additional request for information within a reasonable period of time, which may not exceed 1 month from receipt of your request.

7. Prestataires habilités et transfert vers un pays tiers de l’Union Européenne

Nuviline informs you that it has recourse to its authorised service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data you have communicated to us.

Nuviline has previously ensured that its service providers have implemented adequate safeguards and comply with strict conditions regarding confidentiality, use and data protection. In particular, vigilance has been exercised with regard to the existence of a legal basis for any transfer of data to a third country. In this respect, one of our service providers is subject to internal company rules (or "Binding Corporate Rules") which were approved by the CNIL in 2016, while the others obey not only Standard Contractual Clauses but also the Privacy Shield.
